I am old enough to remember this show, but I do not.

Subject: Checkmate
Excellent show as was the series. How many more are in PD and can IA get them?

Subject: Public Domain Status
This episode is one of only three episodes of Checkmate that are public domain. 67 of the 70 episodes were renewed.

This is similar to how Burke's Law, Andy Griffith, and Dick Van Dyke have some episodes that are public domain and some are still under copyright protection.

Subject: Great Show, but is it really PD?
I love the show but I'm sort of skeptic on whether it's in the Public Domain or not, can somebody clarify this?
